Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 8mbat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending bets or withdrawals, and retain any balances pending a full review.

3.3 Account Currency

All 8mbat accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and casino wagers are processed in Taka. No currency conversion is applied by the platform to Taka transactions, and no conversion fee is charged on Taka-denominated payments made via supported local payment methods.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited.
• Transactions intended to facilitate money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity are strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior communication with 8mbat support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• 8mbat does not accept deposits made with credit facilities, credit cards issued primarily for credit purposes, or borrowed funds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 8mbat platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. 5.1 Sportsbook

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

Before account closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawals will be settled to your registered payment method. Account closure does not discharge any obligation you may have to 8mbat arising prior to the closure date, including any outstanding debt or compliance requirement.

12.2 Termination by 8mbat

8mbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You are found to be in material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• 8mbat has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a prolonged period in accordance with 8mbat's dormancy policy.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 8mbat to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure by 8mbat for cause, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, the balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
